Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to most orders. Oversized items or items requiring freight shipping may have shipping charges, which are clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for free shipping, contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Some larger items or custom orders may take longer. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on carrier and location.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for delivery. Large or freight-shipped items are delivered via an LTL carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. A signature may be required.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

If you do not receive tracking information within four business days, contact us at support@bbqhorizon.com.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery for any visible damage.
If damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@bbqhorizon.com or (646)-777-6492 so we can assist you promptly.

Order Refusal Policy

Refused deliveries that are not due to shipping errors or damage will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are always displayed on the product page before purchase.
